Return & Exchange Policy

At Connie Reid Hair each wig, custom wig, and hair extension order is created with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are considered final with limited exceptions outlined below.

Custom Wigs, Bundles and Lace Products

  • Final Sale: All custom wigs are made to order and are therefore non-refundable.

  • Final Sale: Due to the nature of the products all bundles and lace products are non-refundable.

  • Adjustments: Customers have 3 business days after receiving their wig to request adjustments to color, density, or fit. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes.

  • No Returns on Custom Color: Once custom coloring has been completed, no returns or exchanges are allowed.

Ready-to-Wear Wigs & Hair Extensions

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are only accepted on ready-to-wear wigs and hair extensions that are unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

  • Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must not be worn, cut, dyed, installed, combed, or exposed to styling products (including heat). Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for return or replacement at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance items, promotional sales, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Email customerservice@conniereidwigsandhair.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

  3. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
